Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship Items

  Affix the provided pre-paid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within your region.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
